Purpose of the website

Lexplain provides general legal research and public information. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or representation and does not assess individual legal circumstances.

You give Lexplain a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to read, store, review, summarise and use the general topic of a submission for operating Lexplain and developing public educational research. We may remove identifying details. We do not promise an individual response or that a topic will be researched or published.

Unless stated otherwise, Lexplain owns or licenses the website design, branding and original content. You may link to our public pages and make fair personal or educational use of short extracts with attribution. You may not republish substantial content, remove notices or use Lexplain branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
